CR38® Agency provides web design, branding, digital marketing, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in individual project proposals or contracts. These Terms of Service govern the general use of our website and do not supersede any signed project agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of CR38® Agency and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for a project, clients receive the agreed deliverables and usage rights as specified in their contract. CR38® retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any required content or assets. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines. Clients represent that they own or have rights to any content they provide to CR38®.
5. Payment
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. CR38® reserves the right to pause or terminate work on projects with outstanding balances. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
CR38® Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any project or agreement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed to date. CR38® will deliver all completed work upon receipt of final payment.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
