SIGE Cloud is a cloud-based ERP platform built for small and mid-sized businesses. It unifies finance, sales, inventory, and operations into one integrated system, with automation, reporting, and decision-support tools designed to make running a business meaningfully easier.
The Challenge
When this engagement began, SIGE Cloud was a maturing B2B SaaS product with strong functionality but a brand and digital presence that didn't reflect the maturity of the platform. The company needed a brand identity, product redesign, and marketing site refresh that could support growth into new market segments, and a design system that could scale across the product, the marketing site, and partner-facing surfaces without diverging into inconsistency.
Our Approach
This was a multi-track engagement combining brand strategy, product design, and marketing site redesign. As Chief Creative Officer at SIGE during this period, the work spanned 4 product offerings shipped within the first year, concept, UX research, UI delivery, and post-launch iteration on each. Strategy preceded craft: we redefined audience segments, repositioned the platform as a productivity multiplier (not just a recordkeeping tool), and built brand and design foundations that could scale.
Design & Build
A new brand identity unified the visual language across product, marketing, and sales materials. The website redesign focused on conversion: clearer value proposition, restructured product tour, tighter pricing presentation, and trust signals built from real customer outcomes. The product UI was rebuilt around a fresh design system, components, tokens, documentation, that accelerated engineering velocity while improving consistency. Brand guidelines were authored as a living document used by marketing, sales, and product teams.
The Outcome
The website redesign drove an 81% conversion rate increase within 6 months, contributing to 67% client base expansion in 4 months and 123% revenue growth in 6 months. Beyond the metrics, the brand and design system became the platform for SIGE's next growth phase, partner programs, channel marketing, and expanded product lines all launched on the foundation built during this engagement.
